This is not medicine, but it is more effective than medicine!!

I have been suffering from constipation for years, and I have tried many many many ways to help with that annoying symptom of mine. I do Chinese medicine, do running and exercising, fiber supplement, you name it. Unfortunately, constipation is never leaving me. My friend gave me one box of this plum to try it out. I ate two for the first two days, but no immediate effect. Thus I am sure it is not medicine. On the third day, I put the plum in warm water, and continuously sip from the bottle during the day. It WORKED!! I went to the bathroom twice that day, without any medicine. The plum is working for me. I am so happy to have that experience, and I believe I will begin to enjoy my visit to the bathroom soon!

I didn't know I could get it here in the US!

My friend gave this plum to me when I was visiting Vietnam last summer. She said that the green plum could help with weight loss, constipation, and acne. I was a little suspicious in the beginning, but I trusted my friend, so I gave it a try. The plum tastes good actually, just like a snack. I finished a pack in about 2 weeks. It did help with my digestive system, and I lost about 3 pounds during that time. That was not a small number, given the fact that enjoying yummy food everyday was the theme of my trip :) I was so happy that not only didn't I gain any weight, I even managed to loose a few pounds when I came back to the States. Unfortunately, I didn't bring any of those plums from my trip. I almost forgot about it afterwards, but lately I have gained a few pounds again, so I have been on a lookout for this plum thing. I have found some sellers on Amazon or Etsy, but they take too long for shipping. I was so happy to come across this website, with fast free US shipping.

I am glad I gave it a try!

I was suspicious of this plum thing in the beginning. How could a fruit help me? Well, my friend insisted that I should keep easting one plum every night. Now it is my 15th day of eating it. Our Journey

Growing up with constipation is not a pleasant thing, and being unaware of the side effects of constipation makes it even worse. I got used to having breakouts on my face, having poor sleep during the night, and feeling bloated after eating. But my primary doctor still considered me healthy, based upon my medical exams and blood work.

I didn’t want to treat these symptoms as symptoms, instead, I hoped to understand the root cause of them. I considered myself lucky as I came across some books that have helped me better understand my body. Green plums have been used for more than 2,000 years in Asia, and cultivation of the green plum trees has produced different varieties of the green plum fruits with different names, such as ume plum, prunus mume Japanese apricot, green gage plum, and Chinese green plum. These fruits share some common health benefits.

Let’s start with what nutrients are contained in green plums. First and foremost, green plums contain the highest concentration of citric acid compared to other fruit. The citric acid contained in an even very small green plum can be two to three times as much as a lemon. Health benefits of citric acid include: improving blood circulation, boosting immune system, preventing from catching a cold or flu, etc.. Green plums contain a lot of fiber, which helps with digestion. Green plums are also rich in Vitamin A and C, sodium, calcium, potassium, Vitamin K, and phytonutrients.
